Pop Pop Pop

The initial Word popped up, and said :
‘ Write me down. Quick! ‘
Then another word popped up
‘ I would look good next to that ‘
Then another word popped up
‘ I too want to stand in that line ‘
Then another. And another. And another.
All in a row, in their natural order
Comfortable, balanced, at ease
As if they were meant to be.

On The Day Death Comes

How will it come, on the day Death comes?
Maybe it will come on the day in the early evening
Like the granting, without asking, of a first kiss
Opening the doors, in all directions, to the magical
And, at a distance, the fragrance of unseen flowers
Suddenly begins to torment the bosom of the moon

Maybe in this manner, sometime after the end of the night
The fresh-green dawn with buds half-open
Suddenly, flares up in waves from the Beloved’s chamber
And, from mute windows, at the time of departing
The sound of the stars, a tingling rattle, begins to be heard

In what way will it come, on the day Death comes?
Maybe in this manner, the method used, at the point of a spear
The vein, with just the premonition of pain, begins to scream
And the dim shadow of the bandit, spear in hand
Begins to strut about, over the world, from end to end

However it comes, on the day Death comes
Maybe it will come as a killer in the guise of the Beloved
From the heart will be these parting words to the image :
By God, praise to the fate of the heart stricken by love
Declare the faith in thanks to the sweet lips of the Beloved.

Remembrance

O love of my life, in the wilderness of loneliness, shimmer
The shadows of your voice, the mirage of your lips
In the wilderness of loneliness, under the ashen dust
The jasmine and rose of your bosom are laid bare

Somewhere nearby arises the warmth of your breath
Smouldering in its own fragrance dimly, dimly
Faraway, beyond the horizon, glistening drop by drop
The dew of your beloved image is falling

O love of my life, this time with how much affection
Your memory placed its hand on the cheeks of my heart
The suspicion here, even though this is the morning of separation
The day of parting is over, the night of union has arrived.

Let Me Count The Names

What’s the Crack? Shall I call it Quim?

Or does it answer to Minge?

Do I dive head first into this Muff?

Slurping like a Honey Badger loving the stuff

Cup my hand round Rosy

Make myself at home in Coochy

Gently stroke the purring Pussy

Middle finger warm in moist Fanny

Spread the net to catch the slippery Fish

Open the Oyster and prepare the dish

Bon appetit Tuna Sandwich

Nibble and feel it twitch

Squeezebox, or Snatch, the Slit of sweet pain

Speak in tongues to the Lady who lives down the Lane

Nerve Centre? Pleasure Pod? Call it Clit

Open her Purse, withdraw and deposit

Dig in, dig in, penetrate the Open Wound

Treasure buried beneath the Fleshy Mound

Slip in, slip in, enter the Pearly Gates

Pleasure, come, satisfy your palates

Roll in the Mink of her hot Beaver

Release the musk of her sated Flower

Cupcake, shall I be even more blunt?

Allow me to sing in praise of your Cunt

Some call it Heaven, others Eden

I love to plant the Lady Garden

Along the Tunnel to the back of the Cave

Men desire to be buried in this Grave …

One man not fixated with the junction of your thighs

Nor obsessed with turning on your sighs

I want to give the truth to all the lies

I love to watch the moonlight dancing in your eyes.

Move With Me

The music’s calling, please don’t hide
Don’t deny the feeling inside
I am yours and you are mine
Together we can make the sun shine

Move with me, back and forth
Move with me, north and south
Move with me, to and fro
Move with me, sweet and slow

Throw caution to the wind
Leave all your troubles behind
You’ve got to give love a chance
The music makes you dance the dance

Reach that high, climb that rope
I’ll push up that slippery slope
One step back, two steps forward
That’s the sweetest music ever heard.

Do Or Die

Some people fly too close to the sun
Some people lose control, crash and burn
Most people don’t even get off the ground

Most people live a life they hate, crushed by Fate
Do nothing, happy with what is placed on their plate
The treadmill wears out those who leave it too late

Decide now, cut the strings of the puppet masters on high
Decide now, learn the rules, take control, the time is nigh
Rise up like a god and fly , or lay down like a dog and die.

Empty Sky

What can I leave you?
Now that you don’t want me to stay
What can I give you?
Something that you won’t throw away
Now that you don’t want me or my love
Nothing left, I point to the sky above

Use the empty sky as a blank canvas
I know you can paint a masterpiece
I have faith in your gifts, I confess
One day we will both find peace
I give you more than just an empty sky
One thing to remember each other by

Paint fluffy white clouds floating in blue
Wave your hand to set off a gentle breeze
Paint birds on the wing, singing in praise of you
Sunshine yellow, the whole rainbow, pretty please
Hang the moon and stars where you will
My god, it is your empty sky to fill

I will raise my hands high to touch
The caress of your breeze, your sun on my face
Raise my hands when I miss you too much
Bless your moon glowing on my dark space
I gave you an empty sky pole to pole
You have filled it with your beautiful soul

Now that I am on the other side of the world
I too will stand under that same sky
Whenever I think of my beautiful, baby girl
Every day and night, to remember you by
I cannot look into your wonderful eyes
But I can look up at your wondrous sky.

Night Music

Midnight, moon, self oblivion
The past and present assembled in limbo
Silence, in the form of a prayer
Blesses the cluster of gloomy stars

A cascade of silence flowing
The sense of self crushed from four directions
As if life is part of a dream
As if the whole world is a mirage
Asleep atop of the dense trees
The tired voice of moonlight

The Milky Way, with half-open eyes
Tells of the traditions offered with love
With the silent strings of the heart
I am sizzling in a state of intoxication
Desire, dream, your face beautiful.

Stay Close

Stay close to me, you
my murderer, my sweetheart, stay close to me —

At the hour of nightfall
The night, drunk on the skies blood, falls further into darkness
Musk for a balm, diamond for a lancet
Comes out wailing, and laughing, and singing
Comes out jingling the lilac anklets of pain;
In the hour when hearts, trapped inside ribcages,
Look for the path bringing hands, washed, hidden inside sleeves
Hoped for;

The sob of infants like the gurgle of pouring wine
Discontented, stubborn, persuaded every way but to no avail;
When, no matter what you do, nothing works
When none of your plans move forward —

At the hour of nightfall
At the hour of mournful, desolate, black nightfall
Stay close
My murderer, my sweetheart, stay close to me.

Sign Of Blood

Nowhere, not anywhere, is there a sign of blood
Not on the killer’s hand or fingernails, nor a mark on his sleeve
No red tip of the dagger, no colour on the point of the spear
No spot in the dust, no stain on the roof
Nowhere, not anywhere, is there a sign of blood

It was not given in the service of kings for blood-money
Nor offered to the faith as a downpayment on future blessings
Nor spilt on the battlefield to be considered trustworthy
To be famous, emblazoned on some flag

The helpless, orphaned blood kept crying out
Nobody, however, had the mind or the time to listen
No plaintiff, no evidence, end of the judgement
This blood of those who live in the dust is food for the dust.
